Details of Returns:
Unauthorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee of your total order. Shipping and handling to/from dice151.com cannot be refunded. Returns must be made within 3 days after you have received your merchandise. Products must be in the original packing of protective plastic wraping and in UNUSED condition. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without the original invoice. (This is applicable towards any unauthorized exchanges.)

Damaged Merchandise
Defective product

If you were sent an incorrect order,damaged or defective product we will issue you a credit on the merchandise or you can exchange it for a new non-defective product, shipping will be paid for by Dice151.
